What is your opinion on internet dating?

I think that it's odd. If I'm looking for romance I want to meet someone face to face at a common hangout or doing a shared hobby, not meeting them as a screen name. To each their own, but I wouldn't do it.

I think it would be very scary because you never know who you are talking too however if you meet someone in town or out of town at a bar you really dont know if they are psycho either.

I would never do it. But my sister did, and she married the man and they are really very happy.

I think online dating is becoming more and more of a common thing these days as people are leading busier lives and may not have time for the "bar scene" anymore. I know of many successful stories and many unsuccessful story, just as with any other method of dating you have to be careful and true to yourself.
