u shud have given ur weight na...if u have to loose a little bit lke.. 5..6 kgs..then do Push ups n pull up... n dont drink water between meal......leave this habit...drink it b4 10 mins of ur meal.....or drink after ur meal.30 mins.........And..Avoid Soft drinks...n only drink juices...

there are a lot of discussions here that talk about this same issue, so you might want to search for those also, but i'll give you a few suggestions (which i know i should follow myself). -eat regularly (you're supposed to eat 3 meals a day at least, but it's not a bad idea to eat 4-5 small meals throughout the day or have healthy snacks in between meals because that increases your metabolism) -cut down on carbs, sweets, and red meat -drink a lot of water (with lemon) -drink green tea -eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies -exercise regularly (you could take a 30 min walk after dinner every night) -dont eat too late im sure if you follow all these things, you'll lose some weight, but its up to you to make sure the weight stays off. if you really want to lose weight, then dont cheat. be strict because that's the only way to do it.
