Absolutely- I have donated money to homeless shelters, parkinsons, alzhiemers, etc. I donate clothes to goodwill on a regular basis instead of having a garage sale. And I also donate food to the food drive, as well as doing volunteer work! How about you?

Yes, I donate money as well as volunteer time to a number of different places. I used to work at a publishing company, too and would donate books and magazines to a hospital volunteer office. My parents and grandparents didn't have a lot growing up, so I'm happy to help others.

I find lots of ways to give back to society! I often volunteer at the local nursing home, donate items to goodwill or for food drives, give my time as a girl scout leader and sunday school teacher and have donated time to World Vision. The most rewarding experience I had was volunteering for the Special Olympics several years ago. The joy in the faces of the participants was priceless.

Sure, but over time i realised that to give does not only mean to give your money. It also means to give your time, your energy, your attention, your love, your smile, your arms for someone to cry one, your ears to listen to someone, your advice, your kindness, your heart ...
