whom do u think would have fitted better than Russel Crowe in this Charecter???

i think, russel crowe is awesome in the movie. no one could have done justice to the role, he is just wonderful.

well i dont think that anybody would have had responded to the character of maximus better than russel. but if it would have been a lot necessary to introduce anybody instead of russel than i would have picked orlando bloom

I think he played that role absolutely well and there would be no other actor who could have done much better than that he gave his best performance and he got rewarded as well.

he gave me no chance of thinking about another actor as maximus he just lived through that character

I think Russel has done a too good job. He was just too good in the movie. He is a great actor and maybe one of the best in history. Maybe some other actors would had fit in the role but its worthless to say it now. Russel is the one to be remembered when ever we are going to think of the gladiator. The word gladiator from the movie will make us rememeber Russel Crowe. He was really great in the movie.
