Going to REPORT the School Bus Driver! I've had enough!

I am just waiting now until the bus department opens.
Our bus driver has been driving to fast for my taste to my kids pick up site. One morning they had to jump back just because she was so close to them! Then this morning my son runs up to the pick up site where they always meet (in the grass on the side of a one way road so it's little anyway)and she passes him up over 10 ft to pick up the bigger kids who were hanging back first! MY SON TOOK OFF RUNNING AFTER THE BUS DOOR! It scared me silly!
So this is it.. I have had enough! I can't continue to let her drive this fast around my kids, not to mention her last stop was only maybe 25 ft? 50 ft? away!
I just want her to slow her bus down!
Would you call and report her too?? Have you ever reported a bus driver or teacher?

bus drivers should not drive fast, they should be much more careful with all the kids that they have to manage. i would do what you feel is right, saftey to our children comes first.

you have every right to protect your child good on you if no one complanes it may be bad news from what you are saying so get in there and have your say

I have reported teachers and bus drivers when my kids were little and wouldn't hesitate to do it today. My kids bus driver for Head Start, jumped off the bus and didn't even put it into park before getting off the bus. She jumped back on the bus after realizing her error. I got the boys off the bus and went straight for the phone.

Oh yes, I have reported numerous bus drivers over the years. I have followed the bus through the route to observe the driving and braking of the driver. My children report over crowded bus conditions to the superindendent or me. Safety is a very important issue for your kids and the other kids on that bus.
Report, report, report until the school is so sick of hearing from you that they take action. Also, talk to the other parents who have kids on your bus and have them report their observations also.

You must report.
Schools and bus departments depend on this feedback because they simply don't have the means to have supervisors everywhere. When the safety of kids is concerned we must always step up and make someone aware.
I just now see that this was 5 months ago. I hope all is well now.

Hi, MothersWorkAtHome. I would be reporting her too. She does need to be driving that fast at all. It does not make any sense. She should not even have a bus license with the way that she has been driving. She should get off the road.
Kids are not safe if they are on her bus.
