Do you get angry and if so how do you deal with it? Do you find it difficult when people get angry to know how to deal with it? Have you overcome anger or found a unique way of dealing with it? I used to get a lot more angrier than what I do now, but I have found as I get older I get more mellow. I do still snap when things get too much and generally tend to yell at my husband. I find breathing helps and when I had my baby it made me feel much happier so I didn't feel as angry.
