Do you like your boss

If you are working for somebody, do you like him/her. How do you rate him.

I am retired now so I am my own boss and yes I do like me. I give me a rating of 11/10. LOL However when I was working I only ever had the one boss that I didn't like. When I realised he was rude and offensive, I started looking for a new job. I left there after 3 months and started in my new job the following day. There is no need to put up with a bas boss under any circumstances. :)

This is the fourth time I'm trying to reply this response. So, what I want to tell you is, its wise to be your own boss only the stress of handling your own business might kill you. Also, I believe there is a special gene for bosses for being rude. But in my country people have to put up with anyone cos its difficult to find jobs in this country.

My boss is good guy,but he is short tempered guy,he has good managin skills.

Cool. Most bosses are short tempered cos they are under severe stress. So what you have to do is stay about 100 meters away and come back when he's calm down. Good Luck
