Logging to myLot

Yes I find it slow sometimes but think that might be my ISP and the fact that I am on dial-up connection but somehow eventually I do manage to get here and make some postings. :)

i think there is some difficulty in loggin into mylot.. i dont know the reason

Yeah its taking time to open up for me also. I think mylot will come up with some solution for this issue till then have patience..........

yeah it's the same for me, but thats only due to internet traffic on this website seeing as it's so popular and everyone tries to connect to this website, lol you gotta love websites especially at fast internet speeds.

hmm .. the site is slow.. sometimes.. it does get stuck fr me too.. but still.. its awesome!!

EVEN I FEEL DIFFICULT TO OPEN MYLOT PAGES and posting takes longer time.

I don't always have the problem, maybe 1/4th the time I log in. During peak usage times the server is so bogged down that the site loads slowly. It probably isn't your computer.

i emailed mylot three days ago and they told me that the problems would be shortly. still running as slow, or if not slower. hope they get fixed soon

I don't think that mylot site is slow generally. but, if you are accessing it in the peak hours then it will definitely be slow as more and more hits are being generated in the peak hours and the load increases on the server with subsequent pings send by the new logins and the logged in users. If you face this issue again then you need to check your bandwidth and clear your temporary internet files folder which you can find from the options in the tools tab on your IE.

Whenever I open mylot it works fast.

Thank you for posting this. I was about to do the same thing last night myself. The pages were loading so slowly for me yesterday and last night that they kept timing out. So no, it's not just you. And now I know it is not JUST ME! LOL

It's the problem I am also facing. Here we are I guess 8828 persons are here loging in and discussing issue may be that is the reason.

When you have a couple of thousand people trying to do the exact same thing you are on the same website, it’ll become slow, the bandwidth is being sucked up by a vast number of users, try running through a small door with 50 people, you won't all get through at once. This morning it isn’t too bad, after all it’s early. If you want to surf without slow-downs, find a time when American’s aren’t awake!

Yes you are right. The pages are not getting open immediately and it takes a lot of time. Sometimes at the taskbar it indicates STOPPED. You can put a mail to mylot through mylot mail.

I find it slow between 4 and 6 p.m. Otherwise it is quite fast. I thought something wrong with the internet service, but it is ok with other sites.
