How often do you cook with or for your family?

Me and my husband usually cook 3 to 4 times a week together. Its better then going out to eat and spending unneccesary money on fast food. I get the little ones in my family involved in my cooking so they know whats good to eat and whats ok to have sometimes. I think its better to cook as a family anyway. What do you do?

i am still single and i live with my mum and my brothers. i always cook for them 2 times a day. and i am happy doing it for them. i don't feel stressed or tired while doing it.

5 or 6 days a week, usually. We go out to eat once a week, either on Wednesday or Sunday. It's a nice way to have a break from slaving over that stove and recoop some!
