Haha. I would say it's a "symptom" of a copy and paste. I was waiting for how the person felt. Nothing.

Our immune system is genetically designed to protect and shelter us from disease. It is equipped with glands, cells, organs and proteins that fight off autoimmune diseases. With all of the diseases that are in the word today, ready to invade our bodies, the immune system must be prepared to fight back and win. By eating a diet that is well balanced in nutrients, taking the proper supplementation, getting plenty of rest, developing a positive mental attitude and enjoying every moment, eliminating the stress causing factors from our lives, and with proper exercise we can build for ourselves an incredibly strong immune system

Feeling tired - A nice bed.
I have this very problem myself. I exercise regularly and think positive but I know that i need to eat better. I take three vitamins a day. Eating healthier would probably do well. I don't stay up late either. Thank you for that information and will try and eat better and see if that helps. :-)

I work for a doctor that deal with many people with you symtoms, first try to start taking vitamins first if that dont work maybe you are stress out, try to talk some thing with alot if iron in it. You can have syptoms of depression if there is alot going on in your life. Just to let you know that depression is all in the heas you have to overcome it yourself, medication will just cover up the problem! Try to surround youself with positive impact, and people! Try to go out and do something you enjoy and also go get a massage , trust me it worrks. And to much sleep will make you tired try sleeping only 8 hours an night and keep a schdule!!

I have never had a massage. Does it really work? I see a chiropractor for my neck and back but I know that is not the same thing though it has helped make me feel better physically though I am still lacking energy.

I think you need to take some multi Vitamins to help your body work more efficiently. Sometimes a lack of certain vitamins can affect the condition of our health, therefore making you feel very exhausted. Once you start taking daily vitamins, your body will begin to feel energised once again. Good luck, hope this helps.

well it can be because you do not take a single streched sleep , and other reason would be you sleep all the time ! sleeping all the time makes man lazy , and it feels like this that you are telling here ! just sleep 6-8 hrs , go for walk , do mediation , eat healthy then you will feel better then you are today

I'm like this too even though I take all the right vitamins. I am definitely not depressed though. It could be the cold, grey weather outside causing you to have Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) There's not a lot you can do about this but try to get more light. I write a lot about this type of thing on my blog at http://www.helpforyourdepression.com if you want more information.

I think most strong problem that effects to our sleep is depression/some problem. Better to solve that kind of problem that always matters to us then I think your sleep will as soon. Because I have experience of that from my friends , family and also my self. Sometimes medical treatments cant do anything If we do not solve problem inside our heart. So I think best way to get back to your sleep is , first listen to your heart and follow it says in every situation.

sleep - sleep
because you also have to relax your mind whenever you sleep. if you're still thinking of something else while you're sleeping then you'll never feel relaxed.

There could be a number of causes why you still don't feel relaxed even if you always sleep. The main factor could be that something is bothering you. It could be something that you can't stop thinking of like a problem. This could be financial or love related frustrations and problems. Try dealing with those things first and try not just to sleep them out.
