Big meteor shower tonight

The Geminid event is known for producing one or two meteors every minute during the peak for viewers with dark skies willing to brave chilly nights.
If you're a sky watcher this is the event for you. I love meteor storms and I've dragged my family out in the middle of the night too many times. If you've never seen a storm get up early and see the lights! It is well worth it.

I actually went out to see the meteor shower, but it was much too foggy. I was disappointed, because every year I forget, and the one time I was ready, the sky was too cloudy to see anything.

I love meteor showers too. Thanks for the advance notice! I am going to have to go outside and check it out
