OK, does anyone know how to re-install Outlook? I have called my ISP, Microsoft, and finally HP. All of them want money just to help me out! I get an error on my computer when I go in to outlook that says "Address book failed to load. Outlook Express is incorrectly configured, please re-install"...Then when I go to compose a mail or reply it says "Error..An error has occured" WTF, over?

Since Outlook Express is installed as part of Windows, this will probably work quite well. You may find that you need to uninstall before you can reinstall via the Windows CD.

I would uninstall your Outlook first, then reinstall it again, when you uninstall it, make sure it is completely removed and then restart your computer, then after that, reinstall the program and go from there. Also you should look to see if yu need to update your computer, you should be able to get some free upgrading downloads from microsoft...

I don't know. I don't have any problems with Outlook because... well, honestly I never use it. I don't like it. I use a free program called Thunderbird that I think is better. It's great! I've heard it's much like Outlook, but as I said, I just plain like it better. If you'd like you try it out, you can download it at http://www.mozilla.com/thunderbird Good luck!

go to microsoft.com and go to the download page, you should find outlook there. If you need help installing it, you can search their help files, they are very extensive and contain tons of information, and it's free.

If you have the Microsoft Office software than you could uninstall Outlook and reinstall it or do a repair by using the office cd to fix it. Those would be my choices on how to reinstall Outlook.

Your going to have to uninstall it, restart and then reinstall it. Although I don't think outlook express is the best emailing programme to use (from my experience). I much prefer hotmal. :)

Outlook Express is not only a part of Windows, but also a composite part of Internet Explorer. The easy way to reinstall Outlook Express is to go to the Microsoft website and download Internet Explorer. Run the installation file and it should correct the configuration in Outlook Express.

OutLook is included in Microsoft's updates. You can go to www.microsoft.com and get the necessary updates. (Assuming you're using a licensed copy of Windows) Calling Microsoft or any major company will charge for helping you "in person." Your best bet would be to go to Microsoft.com and get the updates yourself. The new download for IE7 has an OutLook update in it as well.
