You should emphasize on your interviews that you are good in handling high levels of stress. Also, you should mention that you are good in time management and multi-tasking. Knowing how to handle customers is a plus. In terms of accent, I suggest you watch a lot of American movies and try to imitate their accents. Reading American novels also help broaden your knowledge and vocabulary. Lastly, try to speak English almost all the time. May it be at home, or in school, or even with your friends. It'll help you be more confident in speaking the language.

CALL CENTER - are you working in a call center?
i've been in the call center before...i have pioneered it before it became one of the most saught after jobs here in the philippines.anyway,as to my case,i was trained at family first inc and believe it or not,i was really good in closing sales over the phone and salary with commissions are really overflowing way back in 1999.some of the tips i can give:have a good voice (you should speak clearly and pronounce words properly),you should speak both english and filipino fluently (it would be much better if you study different accents like american/australian,canadian and uk accents.good luck
