College scholarships

A lot of people pass up the opportunities to win small scholarships like the ones that can be found on fastweb.com and scholarship experts sites. However I believe that if you submit your name and /or an essay to every scholarship that you are eligible for no matter how small the award may be $250 or $400 that the chances of winning more than one scholarship award are good. Although it may not be the 5k or 10k scholarship you were hoping for every little bit helps and if your parents are subsidizing your education they will appreciate your efforts to save them money.
