Do you fart while sleeping?

We know a lot of people fart when they are awake . I was wondering if people can fart when they are sleeping. This thought came to me as i'm aware of the fact that people dont sneeze when they are asleep. I think people dont fart when they asleep. Pour in your thoughts here.

Oh yeah they do! Both my husband and my 13 year old daughter are very guilty of farting in their sleep. I check on my children before I go to bed. Sometimes I will walk into her room and it totally reeks. And every single night my husband farts in his sleep. He is a farting machine. I really can't stand it. I never dealt with any of this growing up with my father and brother.
