Ideas for a good date ?

Depends. If it is a first date, then it should be somewhere kind of sociable, you don't want to go to the movies because you two will not have time to talk. Going for coffee, skating, listening to a live band at a restaurant would be good first dates. Now its okay to go to the movies once you have gotten to know the person, and you can take a person to a more expensive restaurant when you know that they are not all about money. It would be good to question the things that they like to do, to figure out where they would be most comfortable at. It is also good to find out what they hate, because you could end up suprising them with something they find very offensive and there goes that possibility!

Go for movie and candle light dinner

Definitely taking them to the pictures, its more relaxing, so if you are nervous for example being in the cinema and having something to watch, instead of trying to make conversation. Then after the movie you both will have something to talk about! Providing you both want to go to see the movie of course!! I once took my date to a horror film, it worked in my favour because they were so scared they were holding me tight! Good luck with dating!
