Dirty Santa

I have to ask a question that is driving me crazy? Someone started a discussion the other day about Christmas traditions and the first 2 people talked about there traditions and meantioned Dirty Santa. Well I was the third and last to reply. I told them my traditions and asked what Dirty Santa meant. Niether one of them replied. Please someone tell me what it means, it is going to drive me nuts. Please don't use mature content cause I can't figure out how to edit my preferences to turn it on. I have sent myLot a question on how to do it. I asked in discussion and someone said you should have alittle box but I don't have one.

I think it has something to do with gift exchange, like at work, if you don't like what you get you can change with someone else whether they want to or not. I could be wrong on this so don't quote me on it....LOL!
