Puppy Chow

This is my Christmas Sharing Recipe: PUPPY CHOW 1/2C. butter 1C. peanut butter 1 and 1/2 C. chocolate chips Melt this in a large pot over low heat. Gentle fold in a box of crispix cereal. Have a bag of icing sugar ready to dump first mixture into. Roll gently until all the crispix are coated with icing sugar. Dry on a cookie sheet. This is even better than shortbreads dipped in chocolate! Melt in your mouth yummy! Merry Christmas to your sweet tooth!

I had a friend make that before, very very good :) Think she used a box of one of the Chex cereals, guess any would work. Have to make some THanks :)

Holy, moly, that was quick! I hadn't even looked at the post myself and you had responded! Yes, any cereal like that will do. I wonder if it would taste different, with different cereals....

LOL I imagine it would, that one chex cereal the rye? I don't know I don't eat them too healthy lol, it's brown I think. Would give it a little bit more of a sweet/salty mix taste. Chocolate and peanut butter though, make anything good :)

Yummy, that sounds really good. I just might have to make some but I will have to go to Managua for some of the ingredients, if I do. When I read the title, I thought you were going to tell us how to make dog food. LOL Thanks for the recipe.
