Santa hit on head with mince pies

I was just reading the Reuters latest news reports and spotted this news item ... it's not at all funny .. but you can't help but laugh ..
Apparently as Santa was handing out some gold chocolate coins to good children in Glasgow, Scotland at the weekend .. some 'bad' lads on a balcony above Santa started throwing mince pies at him .. !!
Poor old Santa has now had to be issued with .. and I quote .. "A yellow hardhat equipped with a pair of reindeer antlers to make it look more festive."
Bet those kids won't be visited by Santa on Christmas Morning now will they ...

oh dear! I can't believe they actually issued poor santa with a hardhat.
those naughty naughty kids should be sent home without any dinner and kept in their rooms till after christmas.

I truly hope they were Mr Kipling mince pies, because I tell you they are horrid and I wouldn't feed them to the next doors tom. Mind you they would probably do some damage if they hit you. Those 'bad' children probably get too much for Christmas. I don't suppose they wore hoodies too!
