Peter turns into the Radiation Guy

Based on the last episode before Heroes went on break, I think Peter is going to come into contact with the man who emitted nuclear energy.
In his flashback, Peter saw that he was the person that exploded. My guess would be that at some point, Peter comes into contact with the radiation guy, copies his power, and doesn't know how to control it, and blows up.
I wonder how the Heroes will stop this from happening.

Yeah, that's all I could think of when I saw that dream sequence or whatever it was. Since Peter absorbs powers, and Radiation Man explodes things, it makes sense. And we know Peter has trouble controling powers, we've seen that from his flight experience. I'm really interested in seeing what happens when the show comes back on - it's coming back in just a couple of weeks, isn't it?

Very good analysis, but if you look closely, it shows that he is also wearing Sylers watch and trench coat. So my belief is that Syler absorbs the nuclear guys energy, and it is he who explodes.

maybe he saw syler as himself, but then again it doesn't make any sense why the other heroes would be apologizing to him, remember when they say sorry.

he should stick next to the cheerleader, that way if he does blow up, then he can regenerate like claire does and he wont die.

I have watched all the episodes and Peter is one of my favorites. The show is back on Jan 22nd and I cant wait. The previews did say that we do lose one hero. :( Its one of the best shows i have seen on TV so far!. I think Pete is going to be a very special force in the show because he seems to be the contact point for everyone.+

well one things for sure.. that vision will not come tru.. well common! its only the 1st season stil how could peter die in the first episode? i'm willin to bet that peter becomes the leader of the whole gang...

i think what is going to happen is that now that they know
that it is peter in danger when this happens they will have the cheerleader in the same area as peter and then he will be able to heal and that will prevent him from exploding i think that is what will happen
because even tho he takes on the other persons power he does not seem to be draining them of there power i think they still can use there powers and he can also use them at the same time

If you also notice Radiation Dude only does that when he gets angry. I like the idea that it might be Sylar somehow. I am pretty sure they will not blow NY up.

this is as far as the BBC episodes have got to (well the episode after when he wakes up, tries to get far away and gets beaten up by Christopher Ecclestone)
it looked like it was Peter in his dream/vision, and he thinks it's him, but when Sylar first appeared to Mohindar's dad in the "6 months earlier" episode I thought he was Peter at first.
During the programme, outside of the dream sequences they cut to a shot of a man who apparently had electricty in his fingers (he was flexing his hands - extra long fingers? - and had sparks coming from them) and he didn't look like the radioation man in custody.
