it's good to be back here! for the past 3 or 4 days, i've been very busy with preparations for the holiday season and now that it's the day after christmas day, i can now sit and relax and get reacquainted with my computer. so, how did your christmas go?

You know...I was exhausted after Christmas! It didn't even seem like I had my normal days off! We had my son and daughter-in-law and 4 grandkids from Louisiana camp out in my living room for 2 nights and one day. I hadn't gotten to see them in several years, so it was great, just a little more hectic than just hubby & I! And my sister, my mother, and neice and my daughter came for dinner also and a couple with their 2 kids who happened to be in town dropped over also...hubby said we had 16 people at one time in our small living room! ARGH! No wonder I was tired...the noise level alone probably did it! LOL

oh, but that's just lovely! i mean, to have family visit you! i believe we should enjoy family whenever the opportunity presents itself because in tody's hectic world, there's no telling when we get to be them again, right? never mind the extra work, it's all part of the fun. merry christmas to you and your family and have joyful new year!
