Anyone else have a huge dislike for CLOWNS?!!!!!

i am not amazed with clowns. but i am not scared of them, too. but my boyfriend really hates clowns. he thinks clowns are two faced. they don't really display what they feel. they are something else.

I think it's the fact you really can't see their faces and they have a painted on smile.. just creepy! lol

omg...u people r everywhere!...lol...your like the 4th person I've met who's not into bozo the clown all that much...I dont get it.....vampires...zombies....werewolves...marriage...those r thing to fear...not the dude with the squishy nose...lol

LMAO.... they scare the shiot out of me!!!! Okay.. when I was a kid I went to this dentist from hell. Supposedly a children's specialist because I was a gagger *insert your own smartapple comment and laugh.. go ahead... now on with the story* SO in his office are all these pics of clowns, but none were happy, they were all creepy and dramatic style clowns. Then when he gets me in the chair he literally puts these steel things in my mouth, clamps them open and tears my tongue and my lips. Then when I puke on him because he's forcing his fat hands down my throat, he punches me in the face!!!!! The whole time, creepy clowns are smiling at me!!!! Needless to say he was chased out of town by the dentist commission or whatever is in charge of them here.. lol.. and even though my mom never believed he hit me until later, it was found that I was not the only child he abused physically.
Of course the movie IT doesn't help my clown fears either!!!!!!! lol

Hi! Oh, I just detest clowns - especially after seeing poltergeist! I just hate them - they don't make me happy, they make me feel creepy. I never liked sad clowns, either. Why in the world would you have a sad clown? Makes no sense to me! :-)

Yeah, evidently I'm saddistic at heart because I LOVE to watch IT by Stephen King = the story about the clown who terrorizes a town under the sewer systems, attacking their children. I seriously watch it and hide under my covers but every time I see it's on I have to watch!!!!LOL

The only clown that I have a huge dislike for is the clown that used to be my coworker at my job. He actually performed side jobs as a clown and made good money doing that but as far his job performance at my office, he was terrible. He did absolutely no work at all and was sleeping on the job and doing other things with the students. He even brought his balloon act to work. LOL Otherwise, I do not have any problems with clowns and think they are funny and they make children laugh and happy. :-)

I hate clowns at least the normal type clowns everyone thinks of with the name. The Emmett Kelly ones I don't mind, the hobo style but normal clowns give me the major creeps. There is one person on here with a scary clown as their avatar and I skim past it really quick when I see it. They stay away from me and I stay away from them and I'm happy.

Clows in real life are kind of creepy. I think it's the fact that the makeup hides their faces.
Having said that, I am a big fan of weird movies that features clowns. Two of my favourite flicks are _Shakes the Clown_ and _Killer Clows From Outer Space_.

LOL.. you would have been in heaven at one of the haunted houses we went to in Pittsburgh one year.... the entire theme was similar to Killer Clowns and OMG.. it was horrible!!! Scariest thing EVER! And don't even mention the movie IT!!!!!!!!!! lol

YES! I think they are really horrible and scary, I don't know exactly why though, someone mentioned to me that maybe it's because we can't see their faces, they kind of have masks on and so we can't see the real person and that's why they're scary.

I scared from them in mine childhood and locked my door when i saw them outside home or if any clown came at our home then i went into cradle of my Mom but i did n't fear from them but still avoid to face them and try my best to n't meet them anywhere around my surroundings. They r too creatures of GOd and as i came to know that they r natural clowns n't become themselves so i do n't dislike them now but also do n't like them.

No, definitely not. I have always loved clowns and I think they can be really funny. The clowns were always my favourite part of the circus acts when I was a child. We never seem to have a circus in my part of the country now, but if we had one, I would most certainly go just to see the clowns.

I was fine with clowns, really I was, until I saw the Stephen King movie "IT". Now I don't like them. I think their big smiley painted on faces disguise something dreadfully sinister and peculiar underneath. Clowns are evil.

YES I TOTALLY AGREE. I have never liked clowns, especially after seeing that one horrow movie I think it was called Clown. I just don't think they're funny or cute like you said. They freak me out.
