What will you do to stop pollution? Can you ride a bicycle to work? Can you recycle some paper, glass or plastics? Pollution is a threat for Earth. The Global warming effect melts the glaciers, destroys fauna and flora by rising the Earth's temperature. You CAN STOP IT! What do you do to prevent pollution??

We can do something but the Governments of the world must make a big part! Why don't stop to use the car evryday and walk more? Why don't switch off the light a bit earlier? Why do not recycle plastic, paper?

Already the Earth is very polluted and the ozon layer is very thin because of pollution. The effects i think they are very visible for everyone. What we can do? Stop cutting forrests, reciclying as much as we cantake care of nature, shut down factoryies who pollute the enviroment and many other things. We have to protect the enviroment.THIS IS OUR ONLY CHANCE FOR FUTURE.

i agree! I advise everyone of us to take the following measures: 1. Ride your bike to work as often as possible. 2. Try to use the bus or the subway! 3. If you depend on your car, try at least to get a newer car, with greater fuel efficiency, or an electric car (hybrid car) 4. If you have a garden, plant some trees (it will give you shade in the summer, protect your house from the wind in winter, and it will produce some oxygen, and if you will plant a fruit tree, you will have some free frits :P plums or apples. you get my point :P) 5. Insulate you house, you will pay less for heating in the winter, you will consume less energy :P

I think the most important thing would be for everyone to stop shopping! Well, of course we need food and some clothing.. but do we need to be consumers first, last and in between? What's the deal of always needing the latest version of a phone or gadget? I saw a docimentary years ago that said (and showed how land fills had developed the new trend of being full of perfectly good products.. - It's not just the raw materials used to make all the products (say aren't a lot of them made of oil? being plastic? where'd I hear that?) But it's also the fuel and energy to keep the factories humming.. of course.. everyone likes to have jobs too.. But maybe if we weren't such consumers we wouldn't need to work as much? And burn all that gas getting to work.. - But alas, the human race is given to extremes..

I just sit and watch the final :))). The change is not in one's man hand. We people cannot do something about it, just have no power just to wait and see what will happen.

there are loads that one individual can do. I recycle, drive a car that gets good gas milage, buy in bulk, keep my thermostat low, buy organic, buy products made of renewable resources or of Post-consumer waste recycled plastic and so on. I try so hard, within my financial and physical limitations, and still it doesn't feel like I do enough. And I'm afraid that there may not be enough effort put forth by people to actually make a difference.

If we do not take immediate measures then what you are saying will not be given as an option it will be must. I mean time will come when we will be forced to use Bicycle, switch off our Refrigerators and AC machinces etc. On my part I take Underground Rail, Drive ocassionally unless it is must or an urgent requirement, Check my vehicle and already have planted several trees in and around my home.

There are lots of small things we can do, such as trying not to waste electricity by switching appliances off at the mains at night instead of leaving them on stand-by. Trying not to waste petrol by not speeding. We could also plant trees to absorb the CO2.

The solution of pollution is only one plantation
