I also do pray before sleeping at night. I always drink a glass of water before sleeping. Is has been my habit.

I have trouble sleeping at night so I watch some tv or play on the computer. It seems weird but I can stay up until two or three in the morning and still get up by six or seven without being tired.

The very last thing that I do before going to bed at night is turn off the lights. I brush my teeth and use mouthwash before I lay in bed and turn the lights off. I can not sleep with the lights on, whether it is lights or the sun shining through the window.
