I cant figure out what this music video is!!!!

Hey JonnyT413 :) I am not 100% sure but I think the video that you're looking for was by "Prozzak" (they later changed that name to "Simon and Milo")... here's a short blurb from Wiki about "them": "Prozzäk is a pop music side project by two members of the Canadian band The Philosopher Kings, James McCollum and Jason Levine, conceived as a lighthearted mockery of their own romantic troubles. They created the characters of Simon, who sang in a mock-British accent about his failed romances, and Milo, who was his best friend and mentor in his search for true love; they starred together in a number of popular animated music videos. Their greatest success came after their hit song, "Sucks To Be You"." I'm not sure which song, specifically, would be the one you're looking for... maybe one called "New York"... but if I find it, I'll let you know :) Hope this helps!
