Is it wrong for a 28 yr old minister, who has never been married, to date a 16 yr old girl in his congregation?

Of course it is. It's wrong for anyone over 18 to date a 16 year old girl, it's against the law. What could a 28 year old have in common with a 16 year old who should still be in high school anyway?

I have to agree with artguy here...what would a 28 year old man possibly have in common with a 16 year old girl? It's illegal for him to do this, and being a minister one would think he'd have better sense than that. For a trusted minister to do that...well, I just think it's scandalous! It's just wrong, wrong, wrong!!

Sounds like he should spend some time behind bars. Let's not take into consideration the minister part of the question. She is still underage and that is illigle. Her paernts should call the cops on him. OK now let's put the minister part back in the question. That really shouldn't matter. If she was older like 19 and up thn there should be nothing wrong with it in my opinion. I don't know what the minster's oth is when they become a minister though. So I don't know if dating is a no-no for them or not.
