Will yo value friendship?

I read a book and the story is about two childhood friends. When they grow up, they live differently. The other one became an illegal drug dealer and the other one became a CIA agent. The CIA agent was assigned to spy his childhood friend but he turn his back from his job. He valued friendship. If you are in that case, will you do the same or not?

well i do value fresnhip a lot myself..but i wud hav nvr turned my back from my job..coz i know tht m not doin ne wrong thing..my fren is d one who's doin wrong..so il try to take him or her on d right path..in if he doesnt den il go against to bring him/her on d right path..n let him/her think watever he/she wants to..coz if i am a true fren den m surely not goin to correct him/her..coz even if il loose my job he/she will b caught by some agent..so its better tht i show him/her d rt path..

We are in the same direction. I would rather correct him than to tolerate him. He can't hide for the rest of his life and I know that he will soon be caught. I should catch him because it is the best for him and besides it is my duty. I should protect my integrity becuase it is my profession. Thanks for the response!

I do value friendship, provided they are on right track. I value friendship, if my friend treads the path of honesty, hardwork and integrity. If he deviates from these and falls into wrong company, I can only advise him to get out of the mess. If he doesnot, I have to forget him as friend.

That's right. It is very hard to tolerate if it is against the grain. Though friendship is important but integrity is more important. Thanks for the response!

I guess no man is an island. Why do you like friends? What is your opinion about the story? Will you be like him or will you try to help your friend in the right path?
