I love constructive criticism; if it'll help me grow into a better person then I can take it. What's about you.....?

I am my best critic, and that helps me to improve. If someone else criticises then i feel bad but that gives me a reason to prove them wrong and I work with renewed vigor.

I agree with you that constructive criticism can be very helpful. Sometimes it is hard to tell what is constructive and what is criticism for criticism's sake. Also you can't let your ego get in the way of learning from criticism.
