What do you usually do to manage your Stress and Anger?

Well I prefer listenin music ... i don't know any other Way .... so i always take mY mobile and Ipod for Music... for wherever i am Even if am at my work, home, or with friends..... Share Your Tips and Practices.... PLease

i just spend time looking at my aquariums.. they relieve my stress more so when looking at my beautiful fishes.. my 2 cents worth only.. thanks!

I write it on my notebook and have all my feelings expressed or I will type so fast in my keyboard and type all my feelings. There are times that I need to talk to someone who will just listen and there are times that I just stay quiet and avoid to talk as I may say something not so nice and can't take it back. When stressed I'll just grab a book and read or just go out and walk.

their are four thing tht helps me to manage my anger or stress............. one is MY FRIENDS, i go out with them........ second is TV, i start watchin TV......... third is MUSIC, i start listening to some great music............... and lastly i go to SLEEP, ..........

stress management - different techniques work for different people and therefore the rule of thumb is what you find that works for you. Hopefully in a constructive manner.
For Stress I tend to get busy and work it off, I guess the same for anger once I express it. A mixed drink while computing often helps me to unwind also. If I am still a bit wound up when I go to bed I can read my book til I can relax and go to sleep. Fortunately I keep pretty balanced so I hardly ever get to upset, stressed, or angry that I have to purposefully do something about it.

I don't think there is much to help me when I get riled. If I am angry or stressed I let it all out, usually when there is no one else around. That way I have relieved myself and saved another person from being at the receiving end of my tirade. Listening to music is good, so is a hot bath. I finding writing very therapeutic. Lying down and just taking a break is good too. I would rather not be mad though. I wish to be happy.

good option to beat the stress.it is one of the best options.to beat the stress -- relax back ina chair or if you are at home then lay down on the bed for some time and close your eyes and think about the past happiest moments in your life.or talk with your dearest ones or watch a cartoon or comedy film.Meditation works for controlling both stress and anger.it sounds heavy?isn't it? but it really works.telling you with my personal experience.everyone knows that counting numbers will reduce anger.don't you?and avoid the situtaion or place or person or what you call environment which raises your anger.if you get angry at a point then leave that place. try all these tips. it may help you.if you want more then ask for more.

I go to my room with a warm drink and read a book or out into the garden to feed the birds or look after the plants. The best one for me is to go off alone with my dog, just for a walk till I calm down or if its dark for a drive in the car. Counting to 10 just givesme 10 more seconds to get even madder so I've given up on that. Taking a few deep breaths is good, or going to the toilet if you need a few minutes, people willl accept that you've gone to the loo in a restraunt etc but you can use the time to calm down and centre yourself. Meditating morning and evening even for a few minutes can help us achieve an inner calm that is easier to return to. Whatever works well one day may not work as well another so find a few best ways and swap between them. Good luck and stay chilled

I take rest in my garden with listening to some music and also sometime go out for a change with family or friends to reduce my stress and anger.

ya it is a good point for discussions. the way i do to get rid of my stress and anger is meditation on GOD. sit cool and close eyes and bring the figure of god to your point and concentrate for just few minutes. do not thing any other thing and do all your parts of body get relaxed. try it supurb method . u love it all the best

I go to my garden. I water them, I arrange the potted ones. I look into those flowering plants. It calms me. But I also listen to music ar just watch a movie. But if I'm really stressed out, I just lie in my bed all the time till I bounced back again.

I give myself auto suggestions saying morning afternoon and night that i am calm and relaxed at all times, i can bear and cope with stressful situations they dont bother me
