what are punishments actually made for, killing the evil or the person commiting it. Is it right to kill a person who is helpless right now and did something in the past. u must kill first the people who made this saddam to develop into a person he became, those who made him suffer in his childhood. dont u think all those presidents including mr,bush who directly or indirectly became reason for death of 1000s of people from other countries and also their own soldiers, why dont mr.bush or other such leaders take weapons and fight a war,is there life more valuable than a soldiers life, why saddam, why killing, how would it stop evil,.can anyone explain......

At the end of WWII numerous German and Japanese war criminals were hanged. Since that time there have been no more German or Japanese war criminals. There have been no more Hitlers or Tojos. Does that explain it for you?
