A 19-year-old woman who disappeared was found stuck in an elevator in a suburban Paris housing project for three days, the French press reported Friday. The woman, who was known to have "problems of confusion," was stuck in an elevator for 3 days. She was found on the twenty-second. The father of the woman had contacted the building concierge on the 19th to report his daughter had not return..he said that she may be in stuck in a broken elevator. The concierge and a repairman said they checked but found no one. (I don't think they checked.very hard) On the 20th the technician began repair work..and on the 22nd he heard a faint cry for help..it was the woman. On Wednesday the girl's father filed a complaint for 'non-assistance to a person in danger'--a crime in France. It seems to me they definitely neglected to actually look when the father called. They probably gave it quick glance and said it was fine and no one was in it..far too often does laziness end badly in these situations..the girl was stuck with no food or water..she was found dehydrated..the girl could have died--luckily she didn't.

This is terrible to be stuck in a tiny room for three days. No place to go the bathroom, no one hearing your crys for help. that is dispickable behavor to not check as they said they did. The father was right to file a complaint against them. he should have done more than that.

Oh my goodness! That is horrible! I think someone should be held responsible!!! I think that's crazy that they didn't find a way to actually SEE that there was noone inside the elevator! Like you said, they couldn't have checked very hard! Crazy!
