Have you read the book by David Pelzer it is very strong, emotional and extremely sad, about a young boy being badly abused by his mother, it is horrific and emotional and you wonder how this kind of thing happened, you wouldn't wish it on your worst enemy. It does put my problems into perspective and how he's come through the other side, I am now reading his self help book Help Yourself. Both books are highly recommended.
