Yes rabbits are very cute and make a good pet. The only disadvantage is that its urine stinks very strongly. Those who got rabbits as pets must clean their dwelling place quite often.

The urine of unneutered male rabbits seems to be the worst for some reason. After neutering, they also won't spray all over and will be easier to litterbox train.

I'm finding it hard to read your post. But yes, I think rabbits can make great pets. Anyone interested in one (or two!), should read the info at www.rabbit.org first. Rabbits are a serious commitment as they can live longer than 12 years. But they make excellent indoor pets and can be litterbox trained and do quite well on a nice diet of mostly hay (which as I think you said, is digested twice).
