is there a danger in having an ectopic pregnancy?

research says that having an ectopic pregnancy is a life threatenning one. can it really cause the life of the conceiving mother? is there a cure for this?

Almost all ectopic pregnancies are in a fallopian tube and the fetus cannot be supported there. An ectopic pregnancy isn't viable and has to be ended for the woman's safety. If the fallopian tube ruptures then, yes, the situation is life-threatening due to the potentially severe blood loss.
