Here in our country, we have very closed family ties thats why we are together until dying days. I cant imagine sending my parents to home for the aged. They spent their whole life to take care of us so ill do the same until they grow old and cant remember who am i anymore..

You mean sending elder people to HOME FOR AGED?
In olden days, there used to be a lot of children at home, so when they grow old, they are married off and some adolescent would remain there to look after the older people. Now-a-days people have one or two children and husband and wife to to job and they just cannot take care of their parents. Hence they put them to home for aged. This was not a common practice in India some 50 years ago but now it has become common.

That all depends. There are families who have no one to look after the elders cos both husband and wife go to work and children are also in a day-care center. So what can they do. They need good care and protection for their parents or grands still they cant stay at home to look after them. I personlly think, when I grow old, I will willingly go to an elder's home. Cos, it saves my children the burden of putting a side their time for me. Also, I really wish and pray that I should die before being an invalid. (That has been my secret wish all along)
