Who do you think is a better godfather? Don Corleone or his son Mike?

well you have to say Vito because he started the whole thing.He was Michael's mentor and role model.Michael was a faithful husband as was his dad.I will forever love michael corleone,what a character,that movie made me a pacino fan.I liked scarface,but I love the godfather 1 and 2....when my mother was dying of cancer in 95',I watched that movie over and over,I was drawing strength from michael trying to please his dad and keep his familt together and I felt the same way

i like don's son mike more in the godfather movie played by Al pacino, he had both wits and intelligence of his father and a special touch of his in bringing all the job to an interesting end , each having a particular meaning for us to figure out and understand.

I like the old man better than the son

I would have to say Don Vito, Michael was too lightweight, whilst Vito was the epitomy of the true mafia Don

Of course Don Vitto Corleone ! Father is father and son is son...Son learns from father..Whatever empire Mike got, was built by Don Vitto..His wit,perseverance and intelligence rose him to the ranks of Don and that too the most respected one among allthe mafia families in New York.
