How do you prefer your STEAK?

medium, it still has to be kicking a little bit...lol

I have got to have it well done! I don't understand how people can eat it rare...eeww..oh well, to each his own.

I prefer New York Strip, medium rare please!

I like mine rare. It tastes better.

RARE!! i love the juices still in it!! and having ur mouth sink in when u take a bite! u take a bite and an explosion of juices comes into ur mouth and the flavor is just delicable.....darn it now u got me hungry...lol

anyway. no. i prefer it medium rare. with a a bounch of frenchfries and some rice. i love steak, this topic are making me hungry

I always had it medium but on a visit to america i ment to a steak house and i had it very rare and quite liked it, i now eat it medium rare.

I like my steak well done and smells good. A lot of rice is a must for a well cooked juicylicious steak.

I prefer medium well. I still like the natural taste and texture of the steak still in it, and also the benefits that we get from it!;)

I like mine medium rare. I like it done with pink on the inside. it keeps the great flavor if it is not done completely. I don't eat it often, but when I do I really enjoy it prepared this way.

It has to be medium rare, with some blood oozing out YUM. I find it goes too tough if its well done and not as much flavour.

i like it well done, probably is not the right way to cook properly but i don't like all the blood into my dish...

I like my steak to be really well done and served with onions. There is nothing better than to be starving with the hunger and getting stuck into a piece of steak. I cannot abide meat not really well cooked. I just have this overriding and overwhelming fear of getting food poisoning. I have had it once and do not want it again.

very good question lol for me i suppose ermmm, rare but i rarely have it, i hate to have them well done coz by the time you have chewed it the rest of you tea has gone cold lol :] .. best question yet ...

i like my steak anyway over med well as long as there is no blood on my plate i am good to go. i just started eating meat again after like 5 years without it and found it easier to eat when it isnt bleeding on my plate.
