my favourite pastas is spaghetti a la bolognese. its very good. put some bolognese sauce into your spaghetti and there you have spaghetti a la bolognese

I enjoy ravioli stuffed with meat or cheese. Capistrano here in Guelph makes a really delicious ravioli soup.

I really enjoy Fettucine (sp?) pasta in Alfredo sauce with chicken, I really enjoy the non-tomato based pasta sauces and Alfredo is definitley my fave, with some grated parmesean cheese on top and garlic mixed in mmmm yummy!
