Need ideas for age appropriate X-Box game for 7 and 9 year old boys.

What are some age appropriate games for young boys from 7 to 9 years old? Many of my games are too mature and violent for these guys. I do not want to get my guys games that are too "KIDDY" but at the same time I do not want them playing Grand Theft Auto. Ideas?
