Do you watch what you eat or count calories?

I got interested in knowing how much calories everything I eat has in it. Now I know the calories in anything I eat. The highest calorie food I eat is pizza and knowing that each slice has 400 calories in it I limit to one slice only. Do you watch what you eat even though you are not trying to loose weight?

Well, I love to eat. But until now I don't watch how many calories the food I eat have. I think I better start knowing since I am not getting young and this information may have good benefits for me.

I'M trying to eat a little bit more healthier then I use too and also to loose a little bit of weight (lost 10pounds already yeahh). I don't really count the calories I eat each day but I do look on how many calorie what I'm eating has for calorie. For example I cut juice and replace for water. Of course sometimes I drink juice but less then I use too. it's easy to take care of our health
