This is a good answer if it is only asked to oneself, to answer this to the one asking you might mean that it would be better to go take a nap than to have this boring conversation rolling.

There must be a better way of using those extra energy for productive use, like reading a good book, helping in some household chores, or some other worthwhile endeavor.
