The worlds weather is in a chaotic mess, severe drought, record breaking temperatures and multitudes of bush fires in Australia, severe storms in Midwestern States US, fog closed airports here in the UK for 5 days, a tornado in London just before Christmas, typhoons in the Phillipines, floods in Malaysia, only a third of the usual seasonal snow has fallen in the Alps .. it just doesn't stop .. so many 'outside the norm' weather changes are happening right around the globe .. how are you being affected by this unseasonal weather ?

The fact that we never seem to have a white Christmas any more, I can't remember the last time we had snow on Christmas Day. The winds are indeed getting stronger, but we did have a massive hurricane back in 1987 and we've never had anything as severe as that storm. However our Winters are definitely getting milder, take this month, a few flurries of snow and that's it! The sun was shining today and it was quite warm. The weather will get worse and in turn will affect everyone of us regardless of where we live in the world.

We don't have natural gas here so my heating runs of propane cylinders ... I can't believe it but this last 2 cylinders have lasted me SIX weeks .. this time of year I am normally changing them every 3 weeks ... I've lived here for 22 years and never had my gas last me this long for this time of year .. 4 weeks is normally the maximum ... so I think that just shows how vewry mild it is ...

yes, global warming is affecting my life. In my case, I have encountered lots of problems in my garden because the trees are not acclimatised. They became unhealthy so with my orchids and the rest of my precious plants. I cannot imagine that the real yuletide season is in february. Why? because cold season is best felt during the month of feruary nowadays than the on december. It is really hard to have unscheduled season. Because of the udjustments of the people so with the trees and the other living beings.

There has been strange weather in the U.S., but from what I've heard that has been more due to El Nino than anything else. El Nino affects the currents and air streams and happens every 3 to 4 years.

It is effecting my life in a very real way. I live a stone's throw from the ocean in a house that has stood for over 100 years. In all that time it only flooded 2-3 times, yet we flood at least 2-3 times a year now. The spring tides seem bigger, the high tides higher, and they usually come in the middle of the night.
