This black metal band "Cradle of Filth" is my favorite band. But i was so upset that the musician were replaced by another. By the way can you tell me some characters of the vocalist Dani Davey and the guitarist Paul Ryan(the ex-guitarist)

They're not more popular than most US based bands, or well, at least not around their side of the world where they have to tour in average clubs and venues. Their last album is named Tornography and came out last November. It's average.

While I dont think Cradle of Filth is really "black metal" they are definitly inspired by it (and cover many black metal songs too!). Hallowed be thy Name is the most incredible cover I have ever heard (of Iron Maiden, no less). It improves the song 10 fold. The synths and Dani Filths voice just add so much to the song. You really get the feeling of the lyrics, unlike when Steve Harris sang it and it was rather bland.

Cradle of Filth has never replaced their vocalist, Dani Filth remains as being their frontman ever since the very beggining, so I don't know what's you're talking about in here. By the way, "Hallowed be thy name" is a cover song, the original belongs to british famed group Iron Maiden.
