Women I need a little advice. Most of us have menstrual periods. When you have them do they keep you in bed? I have what I call a bad period about once every 4 or 5 months. I bleed so heavily that if I stand up I immediately have to change my pad. I have major cramps. I can do nothing more than sit up or lie down when I have these periods. I cant do things like clean the house or anything. Do any of you have any periods like this? What do you do to ease the bleeding and pain? I have been to the doctor and I have had 3 D&C's done. It hasn't helped. Please tell me if you can relate and what you do about it.

Yes I also take iron supplements because when I have this I do become anemic. Thank you for your response

Did you go to a GP or a specialist? I had some real problems when I was younger. I used to pass out when I was walking across a street. I used to use 2 pads and I learned the hard way not to wear white pants. I think you need to see another doctor as this one doesn't seem to be helping you at all. The thing that really helped me was Reiki. Are you familiar with it?

I have been to several doctors and a few specialists. None of them ever give me the same answer. One tells me I need a hysterectomy one gives me pills one gives me a D&C. I think the doctors are making it worse. Its not uncommon in my family either. All the women in my family have bad periods. I am not familiar with Reiki. Can you tell me more about it?

Yes I do have them! I aint had nothin done though. You know what its like to try and get to a doctor in this family. But when I lie down during my periods like that it seems to hurt so much worse. And I have them like every other month, sometimes more often then that.Sorry I couldnt help you more
