Has anyone out there taken supplements? what supps have you guys had alot of success with at gaining muscle? strength? size? etc... also does anyone have any diet tips or anything like that for gaining lean mass, strength and size. I know that i personally have had good success with protein isolates, and kre'alkylne's i dono if i can list direct brand names on this website so i will just say that for now soo lets get the information flying and lets get big

whey and creatine works well for me. but just remember that supplements will always be supplements, not your main meal. hydrate and eat healthy!

hi, am gagan an i like bodybuilding na a days the shortcut of gaining muscle size is the use of anabolic steriods it depends wat kind of enhancement u want muscle or power?

i took creatine which is for a month my cheast grew 1 inch my biceps by 1 inch and it gives good mass

my favorite supplement is a natural protein milk. i think it can increase my body weight and size.

Creatine, whey, L-arginine, glutamine, multi-vitamin. Thats the only stack you need everything else is just fancy nothing, bullshit.

If you wanna gain muscle and strength you gotta have protein. If I had to choose one supplement other than a multi, it would be protein. All the fancy supplements in the world will not do you any good if you are not getting the calories and protein.

for me I've only had WPI, WPC and a weight gainer with creatine. I'm currently using the weight gainer and am getting really good results from it. It has no sugar (which is rare in a gainer) and isn't too pricey either.
