people that just don't get it

I don't expect Shakespeare, but I do expect people to read the discussions before asking "What's this about?" or that other great, much-appreciated option, missing the whole point of the question. Current feeling, before I calm down, is negative rate anyone who obviously isn't reading. Opinions? Overreacting?

No, I do not think it is negative or overeacting, I do get annoyed on that with my discussions too. I also do my best to stay on topic but I know I like to go off topic at times without meaning to.... but it has to do with the original topic.. - DNatureofDTrain

There probably is some sort of level of natural digression which is productive. What worries me is the ability of some people to never be on topic.

"What worries me is the ability of some people to never be on topic." LOL Nothing truer was ever said. Or to put in in reverse, some people are incapable of staying on topic. I'm convinced it's because they either haven't read carefully, or don't understand what they're reading. Negatives to all idiots. I don't discriminate between stupidity and cupidity on this site.

Negatives, and possibly extermination. This site can be terrific fun, and they're the ones who bring it down.
