I can advise Norbekov's book. In general he has system for recover, but he writes books about spiritual things also. And they 're very good. You know, once I disappopinted in many things but I read his books and I now feel better and I believe in good things and in future...even don't exactly believe but according to his system of recovering and making life I just trying to do what I can and it gives me power. Good luck

You could read Dr. Brian weiss's book Many masters many lives, it just changed my perception of life forever. I went through a bad phase too but then I learned acceptance of my life by reading this book. It teaches you to find the purpose why you were born. A must read if you are depressed.

"You Can Be Happy No Matter What" is a truly positive book by Richard Carlson. I wrote a review at it over at epinions if you want to go take a look ;) Anyway, the book teaches that a lot of our bad moods and feelings are things that we can control. For example, if you feel bad and focus on your feelings too much, you may be making yourself even sadder. It teaches 5 principles for happines and I really think it works great. I've never been very depressed, but even when I've just felt blah I pick up the book and read a few pages over again. It really helps! Hope you check it out.
