can u control ur anger?

there are many person who cannot conrol their anger and have created many problems to other too.anger always created problem to self and make life very hard to live.anger makes our frens far from us,our relatives and all closeness.anger is the main enemy of love,its make our love end.so we should control our anger and try to make loife heaven.can u control ur anger?

for certain time i can control my anger and if it crosses beyong the limit then it will create a new incident that is another new "THE KOT PARVA"

I try always to control my anger.I do not let things bother me.I am a very mellow person.

I was in a bad relationship in the past, very abusive a lot of verbal abuse. I did not know how important it was to be able to control your anger. After being with this person for 2 years I decided to ask if they would go to an anger management class with(not for me but them). Anyhow we went and I learned a lot but my partner did not. I try to always control my anger and when I feel it coming to that boiling point now I walk away and get some fresh air. It is very important.
