The Book Lolita

I haven't finished reading Lolita yet. Maybe it's too mature for me because I sometimes have to stop and try not to get sick. But I do like the storyline, themes, strange comedy, and the way Nabokov wrote it. I'll hopefully finish it someday.

I'm curious if you ever got through it? If I had to read it on paper I would have put it down. It took me quite awhile to get through it on audio because it was rather boring I thought.
Yes, it was disturbing. But then it didn't change much. There was hardly any storyline to it and most of the time they were just waiting around and trying to keep things on the down low. Which I guess is probably how pedophiles really live, but still.
