How many icons are on you're desktop?

Wow i have way to many icons on my desktop. like whoa. Theres a rough count of 29. Its really cluttered. How many do you guys have? is it normal to have this many icons?

in my desktop there are 20 icon ,i think it is normal only the special icon that i usually use for.

I have 7 icons at the moment, which is plenty as far as I am concerned. If I install a program that wishes to add a shortcut icon to the desktop then I delete the shortcut to keep the desktop tidy. I also change the default icons to icons of my choice.

Is it normal? No. I have 48, and nobody's ever accused me of normality. Just as well, too, 'cos I'd hit them with my icons.

I have 27! 7 came with the computer, the rest are added. Mostly work related programs. Still have room for more. ;)

Not even a single one. I like beautifull wallpapers from webshots on my desktop and don't want ugly icons. Everything is in ALL PROGRAMS menu.

I dont put any icon on my computer because they spoil the good looks of my wallpaper. I cant stand to see computers with their screens overflowing with shortcut icons.
